At Soccer By Design, our Academy players receive an all-encompassing experience designed to elevate their skills, mindset, and performance. The program includes: Year-Round Tournament Participation: Compete in IFA Academy League tournaments throughout the year. Elite Training Sessions: Attend three elite-level training sessions weekly, with additional morning sessions available during Terms 1 and 4. Exclusive Summer Soccer Clinic: Enjoy a four-day, Academy-only soccer clinic during the summer holidays. Instat-Reported Games: Access professional game analysis and reports to track performance. Sports Science Program: Benefit from tailored training methods that integrate sports science principles. Recovery Sessions: Participate in regular recovery sessions at Plunge Recovery to optimize fitness and prevent injuries. National Tournament Opportunities: Qualify for the yearly Academy League National Tournament. Player Stats & Profiles: Maintain individual player profiles and performance stats for continuous development. Player Development Interviews: Engage in end-of-term in-person interviews focused on goal setting, feedback, and personalized development plans. Celebrations & Presentations: Join term-end celebrations and an annual end-of-year presentation to honor achievements. International Camps & Tournaments: Gain access to national and international professional player performance camps and tournaments. Soccer By Design is proud to be a founding member of the Independent Football Association (IFA), offering premier Academy training and exclusive tournament experiences year-round. Our program combines professional and elite coaching with a specialized seasonal competition tailored specifically for our Academy players, in collaboration with the IFA. Players also have the unique opportunity to travel interstate and overseas for various tournaments and enriching soccer experiences throughout the year.
